Position Summary
The Head of Wealth, will oversee all aspects of the Wealth business, including policies, objectives, and initiatives. This role will determine and implement strategies to achieve short- and long- term profitability and growth of the business line. The unique dynamic that exists between the bank and the RIA presents tremendous opportunity for the requisite leader to realize the value behind bringing the two closer together in a more unified strategy. This incoming leader will be the face of the wealth management platform externally, but he/she must also bring a strong combination of sales, strategy, operations, and execution internally.
