POSITION SUMMARY
The Chief Technology Officer will report to the Chief Executive Officer and serve as the senior technology executive responsible for enterprise technology strategy, product development, engineering, IT, data and analytics across a rapidly growing consumer platform. This executive will lead the technology roadmap, digital transformation and AI initiatives while overseeing customer-facing digital products, enterprise applications and operational technologies that support manufacturing, supply chain and business operations. The role carries significant enterprise impact through advancement of scalable technology platforms, enhancement of data-driven decision making and alignment of technology investments with long-term business growth, operational excellence and customer experience.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including executive responsibility as a CTO, VP of Engineering or equivalent leader within a complex, high-growth organization. This leader combines deep expertise in software engineering, enterprise architecture, product development and data strategy with a proven track record of leading large technical organizations, managing significant technology investments and driving digital transformation initiatives. Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, food production or other operationally intensive environments is highly preferred, along with a collaborative, hands-on leadership style that fosters innovation, builds high-performing teams and translates technology strategy into measurable business results.
