POSITION SUMMARY
The Chief Operations Officer will serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and leading the company’s enterprise-wide operational strategy across a growing multi-site platform. This executive will oversee operations, supply chain, customer execution and cross-functional alignment across 20+ locations, with a mandate to drive sustainable growth, improve operational efficiency and strengthen strategic customer and OEM partnerships. The role will define and execute a multi-year operational strategy across core verticals including power generation, industrial and infrastructure while aligning closely with finance and commercial teams to ensure execution excellence. Positioned as a successor to the CEO, the COO will play a critical role in scaling the organization and preparing it for its next phase of leadership and growth.
Our placement brings more than 30 years of progressive leadership experience across industrial manufacturing, operations and commercial environments, most recently served as Global Chief Operating Officer for a large-scale industrial platform with full P&L responsibility of approximately $850M across 16 global sites. In this role, he drove significant revenue growth and EBITDA improvement through the integration of multiple acquisitions, deployment of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and alignment of commercial and operational priorities. He demonstrated a proven track record of scaling complex, multi-site organizations, strengthening customer partnerships and executing transformation strategies that enhanced both top line performance and margin expansion. A strategic and results oriented leader, he combined strong financial acumen with the ability to influence across cross functional teams, build high performing organizations and position businesses for continued growth and leadership succession.
