Position Summary
The COO will be responsible for creating and implementing the operating strategy for the business with multiple manufacturing sites in the United States and Mexico. The COO will participate in both operating and strategic decisions that significantly impact the course of business for the company.
The successful candidate must be a Lean advocate, metric and people focused. This individual must be a team player with an entrepreneurial orientation, strong transformational leadership skills and a proven track record in building high performance teams to address the needs of a fast growing company.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles.
