Position Summary:
The Chief Operating Officer is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s Product Supply organization, including operations, R&D, and food safety and quality. This executive drives the development and execution of operational strategy, ensures alignment with business unit needs, and plays a critical role in advancing the company’s mission and growth objectives. A strong focus on organizational structure, cross-functional collaboration, and translating strategic vision into action is essential to success in this role.
Our placement brings over 25 years of experience in food and manufacturing, with a strong track record of operational leadership across end-to-end supply chain, manufacturing, product lifecycle, and go-to-market functions. He has held executive roles with oversight of sourcing, distribution, logistics, and strategic operations, consistently driving efficiency, cross-functional alignment, and business growth. His background also includes P&L and commercial leadership, positioning him well to lead complex operations, foster collaboration across teams, and translate strategic vision into execution aligned with the organization’s mission and values.
