POSITION SUMMARY
The Chief Information Officer will lead the enterprise technology strategy for a commercial property and casualty insurer undergoing significant modernization. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this executive will oversee enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture, vendor management and technology delivery while leading a major core systems transformation. The CIO will establish a practical technology roadmap, strengthen organizational capabilities, improve delivery discipline, and position technology as a strategic business partner that enables growth, operational excellence and long-term innovation.
The ideal candidate is a senior technology executive with deep commercial property and casualty insurance experience and a proven track record leading large-scale core systems modernization initiatives. This leader will bring expertise in enterprise applications, technology transformation, application development and organizational leadership, along with the ability to build high-performing teams, strengthen technology governance, foster business partnerships and deliver scalable technology solutions that support enterprise growth and long-term value creation.
