The Chief Human Resources Officer will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CEO, Board, and executive leadership team, with enterprise-wide responsibility for shaping and executing the organization’s human capital strategy. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, this leader will oversee all facets of HR, including business partnership, centers of expertise, and shared services, while building scalable processes that support growth, performance, and culture. The CHRO will play a central role in workforce planning, talent development, executive coaching, and acquisition integration, ensuring the organization has the capabilities required to achieve its strategic and financial objectives. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a values-driven, performance-oriented environment.
