Position Summary:

 
The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s people strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader will oversee all facets of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, talent development, total rewards, employee relations, and policy. The CHRO will play a pivotal role in cultivating a strong culture of engagement, aligning HR initiatives with business priorities, and ensuring the organization has the talent and capabilities needed to achieve long-term growth. Partnering closely with business unit and corporate leaders, the CHRO will design and implement programs that enhance workforce performance, drive organizational effectiveness, and support a values-driven culture.
