The Chief Growth Officer will be responsible for marketing and product development with an emphasis on growth, transformation and innovation. He/She will play a pivotal role in defining and executing on short-term and long-term brand and product strategies.
The CGO will own all marketing-related activities including brand strategy, new customer acquisition and retention, market research, strategic partnerships, and public relations. In addition to developing and executing the marketing strategy, the CGO will also own the new product development pipeline, including generating and prioritizing new initiatives and implementing pilots and MVPs to determine product/market fit.
The successful candidate will have 15 years of experience in marketing and product-oriented roles.
