The Chief Financial Officer will report to the Chief Executive Officer and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, leading finance, accounting, FP&A, technology, data and business systems across a rapidly growing, acquisition-driven distribution business. This executive will oversee financial strategy, M&A diligence and integration, performance management, cash flow and lender reporting while building the scalable infrastructure required to support continued expansion. The role carries significant enterprise impact through development of repeatable acquisition integration capabilities, advancement of technology and AI initiatives and alignment of capital allocation, operational investment and growth strategies with the company’s long-term value creation objectives.
The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including CFO or equivalent responsibility within high-growth, acquisition-oriented organizations. This leader combines deep expertise in M&A finance, FP&A, financial operations and business transformation with a track record of building scalable processes and teams in evolving environments. Experience within private equity-backed companies and distribution, consumer products or logistics-driven businesses is preferred, along with strong fluency in ERP modernization, data infrastructure and AI-enabled decision making. A hands-on, entrepreneurial leadership style and the ability to operate effectively from the boardroom to frontline operations are essential.
