Position Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer will lead a team of 15 accounting and finance professionals with an eye towards growth, consistency and multiple fee generating streams. This executive will also be responsible for accounting, finance, analysis, and operations for the organization.
Our placement has a broad real estate background with significant scope and scale across a variety of asset classes leading sizeable teams of 100+. In his previous role, he drove efficiencies around reporting and accounting, taking the process from very manual to heavy technology-enabled.
