Position Summary:
The CFO will assume overall leadership of the day-to-day financial and control operations of the company. The CFO will be responsible for driving the company’s financing activities, as well as partnering with the CEO drive profitable growth, cash flow generation, cost optimization, and equity value creation.
The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded, business-minded generalist with a solid financial and accounting foundation, likely beginning with training in public accounting, followed by progressive management assignments in respected manufacturing organizations.
Our placement is a senior Finance executive with extensive hands-on experience in the Manufacturing and Professional Service industries. He served in roles at privately-held and PE-backed organizations.
