Position Summary
The Chief Financial Officer will be a key member of the Executive Committee (EC) with responsibility for influencing the thinking and decisions behind the company’s overall strategies, plans and operations.
The CFO will be critical in the continuing turnaround of the business and requires an executive who has the experience, tenacity and high energy level to revitalize the business. The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for all financial plans, financial policies, financial processes and financial relationships of the company.
The successful candidate will have more than 20 years of experience in finance/accounting. The executive will currently be a CFO or Business Unit CFO.
