Position Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer will serve on the senior leadership team and as a key partner to the CEO. The CFO will be responsible for all financial functions including strategic planning, accounting and financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, capital planning, cash management, and tax and audit.
The CFO will work with external providers to manage banking relationships, floor plan financing, insurance, healthcare, and benefits.
The successful candidate will have 15 years of experience in senior, full-function financial leadership positions, ideally in a business with a strong manufacturing and distribution component, with at least 5 years’ experience in a top financial position. The role is based in Florida.
