Position Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer will have overall responsibility of Corporate Finance Division functions; overseeing company strategies and operations, managing capital, directing tactical financial management functions, and performing the duties of the Chief Risk Officer.
The successful candidate will assume a strategic role and will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all the finance related activities and goals for the company.
The executive will have 10+ years of finance experience at a life insurance company with at least five years in a senior finance position.
