Private-Equity Owned Commercial Building Materials Client
The CFO will direct and oversee all financial activities of the Company, including the preparation of all financial reporting, financial planning and the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial analysis.
This executive will lead all activities associated with timely reporting, managing cash flow and debt requirements, and will ensure that financial transactions and policies and procedures meet the Company’s short and long-term objectives.
The Ideal candidate will be an experienced company or divisional CFO with a minimum of ten years’ experience in progressively senior financial positions in both large and small entrepreneurial size companies and a proven ability to identify and prioritize necessary improvements in financial organizations, personnel, processes and systems, developing achievable plans and then executing. Private equity experience is strongly desired.
