Position Summary
The CFO will direct and oversee all financial activities of the Company, including the preparation of all financial reporting, financial planning and the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial analysis.
This executive will lead all activities associated with timely reporting, managing cash flow and debt requirements, and will ensure that financial transactions and policies and procedures meet the Company’s short- and long-term objectives.
Successful Placement
Our placement is an experienced CFO with more than 10 years of progressively senior financial leadership across both large and entrepreneurial-sized companies. They bring a proven ability to identify and prioritize improvements in financial organizations, personnel, processes and systems, developing achievable plans and executing on them. They also bring valuable private equity experience.
