Position Summary:
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will have complete P&L responsibility with ownership of developing, communicating, and executing on a coherent growth strategy that leads to market-leading growth in revenue and EBITDA and ultimately the equity value of the Company.
The ideal candidate will possess specific strengths in strategic and tactical planning, technical expertise and knowledge, sales and marketing, and a deep understanding of the food industry. This candidate will lead by example and promote an entrepreneurial environment with a sense of urgency to create success for team members, customers, and shareholders.
