Position Summary:
The Chief Executive Officer will create shareholder value by providing the vision, leadership, strategy and general management skills necessary to allow the company to recapture its dominant leadership position in the health & wellness industry. This will include development and implementation of a strategic plan to advance the company’s vision, mission, strategies and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization.
The ideal candidate will have at least 20 years of business experience within the consumer products industry. The last five years will have been as a P&L leader for a business of at least $500 million that has a recent, well-documented reputation for business performance excellence and success that can be largely attributed to the candidate. Due to the potential need to reshape the business through new markets, acquisitions, or products, someone with strategy experience early in their career would be viewed positively.
