Chief Commercial Officer

The Chief Commercial Officer will report to the General Manager U.S. and lead the commercial growth strategy for a rapidly expanding automation platform serving fulfillment, logistics and eCommerce markets. This executive will own enterprise pipeline development, strategic customer relationships and complex capital equipment sales across packaging automation, robotics and intralogistics solutions. The role carries significant enterprise impact through development of scalable commercial infrastructure, expansion of channel and integrator partnerships and advancement of disciplined go-to-market processes that support long-term revenue growth in the U.S. market.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of commercial leadership experience within warehouse automation, material handling, robotics or related industrial automation sectors, with a track record of selling complex engineered solutions into fulfillment and distribution environments. This leader combines strong commercial instincts with technical and operational fluency, including experience navigating long consultative sales cycles and building strategic partnerships across enterprise customers and systems integrators. A builder mentality, executive presence and hands-on leadership style are essential, along with the ability to operate effectively within entrepreneurial, high-growth environments.
