Position Summary:
The Head of Investor Relations, reporting to the CFO, is responsible for enhancing and modifying the Company’s Investor Relations program. They will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining communications and relations between the organization, its shareholders, institutional investors and other members of the investment community including financial press and media. The Head of Investor Relations collaborates with a variety of senior executives across the organization including finance, HR, legal and marketing teams.
Our placement has over 25 years of experience in the financial services and banking industry and has previously served as a strategic advisor and owner of the Investor Relations function. He comes with a solid mix of experience serving as a leader in corporate strategy, analytics, and investor relations roles across larger banking platforms.
