Position Summary:
The Chief Technology Officer is responsible for shaping the company’s innovation strategy and leading the Corporate Research & Development organization.
The newly appointed CTO plays a strategic role in driving company innovation, ensuring the company has the competencies and platforms ready to meet the customers’ most demanding needs. The executive provides vision and guidance for the development of the next generation of company specialty products and solutions, translating strategies into long-term, sustainable commercial success and business growth through collaboration with the Business Units and global cross-functional teams.
