Position Summary
The Head of M&A and Strategy will work closely with the CEO and Executive leadership team to lead the strategy to develop and implement a framework for the financial impact analysis and decisions around M&As. One of this executive’s major objectives is strengthening the company’s competitive position and profitable business expansion through strategic market analysis, evaluation, and realization of targeted mergers and acquisitions.
The Head of M&A and Strategy will lead the identification and execution of selective M&As to enhance the product portfolios to support growth and external positioning in the marketplace. This person is responsible for transaction execution and coordination of the M&A process for assigned deals.
Successful Placement
