Position Summary:
The President will have complete Profit and Loss responsibility for this $250 million business headquartered in Chicago, IL, with additional facilities in California, Columbia and Mexico.
This executive will work collaboratively in executing growth strategies and accelerating new product development, while delivering year over year EBITDA improvement through continuous improvement and cost reduction efforts.
The successful candidate will have previous general management experience in process manufacturing, with a strong operational background with success driving best practices and processes.
