Position Summary
This executive will expand the company’s existing Due Diligence practice by leveraging their professional reputation and network alongside the Firm’s outstanding reputation to develop new business opportunities for the Firm.
The successful candidate will be immediately integrated into existing private-equity relationships and will be responsible to provide due diligence services to private equity groups, as well as domestic and international corporate acquirers in a broad range of industries.
Execute buy-side and sell-side due diligence, introduce new client prospects, attend industry events, and cross-sell other company services.
