Position Summary:
This executive will foster opportunities that build upon the Worksite and Voluntary benefit offering, market reputation, and financial strength of the company by proactively monitoring the competitive and changing benefits landscape.
The Head of Worksite Enrollment & eBusiness is responsible for creating and implementing the strategic roadmap for the Worksite enrollment processes across our client’s entire Group Benefits division.
The person in this role has been charged with creating and managing a self-service portal for Employers, Providers, Brokers and Members. With consideration to marketing and thought leadership offerings, the Head of Worksite Enrollment & eBusiness will be responsible for making the portal more effective from the end-user perspective.
