Position Summary:
Reports to the Chief Executive Officer
This executive will be responsible for leading the entire strategic and tactical financial direction of the organization, effectively guiding the company in the management of expenses and revenues to maximize growth.
Effective leadership of the finance, accounting, and mergers and acquisitions activities is a critical element of this role. The candidate must be effective at decision making that will enhance shareholder return and growth opportunities which will lead the future success of the Company.
