Position Summary
The Confidential Chief Information Officer will lead enterprise technology strategy and digital transformation across a complex banking platform, with responsibility for aligning technology capabilities to business growth, customer experience and long-term strategic priorities. This executive will oversee technology operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data governance and digital platforms while leading modernization efforts and complex integration initiatives. The CIO will also establish a scalable technology architecture, strengthen governance and ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value and operating leverage.
The ideal candidate will bring 12+ years of financial services technology experience, including significant leadership across banking, digital transformation and M&A integration. They will have experience leading large technology organizations, executing enterprise-wide technology strategies and navigating complex integrations while balancing innovation, risk and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be a strategic and hands-on leader with strong banking expertise, executive presence and a track record of building high-performing teams, partnering effectively with business leaders and driving meaningful change.
