POSITION SUMMARY

The Treasurer will report to the Chief Financial Officer and lead the bank’s corporate treasury function, overseeing investment portfolio management, liquidity, capital planning, asset liability management and interest rate risk across a large, regulated financial institution. This executive will be responsible for balance sheet strategy, funding and capital optimization, liquidity forecasting and hedging activities while chairing key governance committees and ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements. The role carries significant enterprise impact through optimization of capital deployment, enhancement of liquidity and funding strategies and alignment of treasury initiatives with the organization’s long-term financial performance and risk management objectives.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of progressive treasury and finance leadership experience within large, regulated financial institutions, with deep expertise in asset liability management, capital planning, liquidity management and investment portfolio strategy. This leader combines strong analytical and regulatory knowledge with a proven track record of managing complex balance sheets, leading treasury organizations and partnering effectively across finance, risk and business leadership teams. Experience within financial institutions exceeding $100 billion in assets is strongly preferred, along with a collaborative leadership style that balances strategic decision making, disciplined execution and strong governance.
