Vice President, Operational Excellence

The Vice President, Operational Excellence will report to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and lead the design, deployment and enterprise-wide adoption of the company’s evolving business system across a global manufacturing platform. This executive will oversee operational excellence strategy, continuous improvement and management operating system deployment, with responsibility for embedding scalable Lean processes, governance frameworks and performance disciplines across the organization. The role carries significant enterprise impact through advancement of operational maturity, alignment of executive leadership around a unified operating model and development of capabilities that strengthen efficiency, scalability and long-term competitive advantage.
The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of operations and operational excellence leadership experience within complex manufacturing environments, with deep expertise deploying enterprise business systems such as Danaher Business System, Honeywell Operating System or similar frameworks. This leader combines strategic vision with hands-on operator credibility, including experience driving Lean transformation, building management operating systems and leading enterprise-wide change initiatives across matrixed organizations. Strong executive presence, cross-functional influence and a builder mentality are essential, along with the ability to create structure, drive accountability and deliver measurable operational improvement at scale.
