POSITION SUMMARY
The Vice President, Operations will report to the President and lead end to end manufacturing operations for a large-scale, multi-building production campus representing a core hub within a global platform. This executive will hold full accountability for safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost across a $500M+ operation, while leading a complex consolidation and integration effort to centralize production and scale capacity. The role carries significant enterprise impact through stabilization of operations during transition, advancement of operational discipline and alignment of cross-functional teams to support continued growth and performance.
The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of progressive operations leadership experience within complex manufacturing environments, including oversight of large-scale facilities with 1,000+ employees. This leader combines deep operational expertise with a track record of leading through integration and change, driving performance across key metrics and building high-performing teams. A hands-on, visible leadership style is essential, along with the ability to operate strategically and tactically in high-volume, execution-driven environments.
