POSITION SUMMARY:
The Chief Financial Officer will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting to the President and acting as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leaders. This role holds enterprise responsibility for financial strategy, planning, reporting, capital management, risk oversight, and M&A support, while aligning financial objectives with the company’s growth agenda. The CFO will lead a lean but high-impact finance organization, providing timely insights that inform decision-making across operations, commercial, and corporate functions. This leader will balance strategic guidance with hands-on execution in a collaborative, performance-driven environment.

She has served as Chief Financial Officer for businesses of meaningful scale, with broad enterprise responsibility spanning financial strategy, planning, reporting, capital management, risk, IT, HR, and M&A support.
