POSITION SUMMARY:
The Chief Financial Officer will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, overseeing all financial, accounting, and reporting activities while also assuming responsibility for human resources, information technology, and commercial insurance. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role carries broad accountability in a lean, entrepreneurial environment where finance is expected to be both rigorous and highly business-oriented. The CFO will elevate financial discipline, strengthen internal controls, and deliver clear, decision-ready insights that support operational efficiency and profitable growth. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant visibility and influence across the organization.
