The Chief Operating Officer will serve as a core member of the executive leadership team and the senior-most operational leader at the company’s flagship manufacturing site, with enterprise-wide responsibility for operations, supply chain, engineering, distribution, quality, safety, and operational technology. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this leader will own the development and execution of a scalable, data-driven operating model across a global manufacturing footprint. The COO will be accountable for driving operational excellence, modernizing manufacturing capabilities, and strengthening end-to-end execution to support growth across consumer, OEM, and industrial channels. This role requires a visible, hands-on presence and will act as the cultural and operational tone-setter for a large, frontline workforce.
The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, including senior-level responsibility for multi-site manufacturing within automotive, industrial, or performance-driven environments. This executive will have a proven track record of leading operational transformations, implementing Lean and continuous improvement disciplines, and scaling efficiency in complex, fast-paced organizations. They will combine strategic clarity with a roll-up-the-sleeves leadership style, demonstrating humility, decisiveness, and strong people development capabilities. Experience balancing best-in-class operating principles with the realities of resource-constrained environments, along with the ability to build trust and credibility across the shop floor and executive team, is essential.
