POSITION SUMMARY:
The Chief Integrated Supply Chain Officer will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team with enterprise-wide responsibility for end-to-end supply chain operations across manufacturing, assembly, and distribution. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this leader will define and execute a unified supply chain strategy spanning procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, quality, and EHS to support rapid growth and increasing operational complexity. The role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, driving year-over-year improvements in cost, service, productivity, safety, and working capital. This executive will partner closely with engineering, finance, and commercial leaders to enable new product launches, integrate acquisitions, and scale the footprint to support a multi-billion-dollar growth trajectory tied to critical infrastructure demand.
The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across global supply chain and manufacturing functions within large-scale industrial or technology-driven environments. This individual will have deep expertise across procurement, SIOP, manufacturing, logistics, quality, and footprint optimization, with a proven track record of scaling operations to support double-digit growth and integrating acquisitions. They will be a disciplined operator and change leader, experienced in Lean, automation, digital supply chain tools, and ERP-enabled transformation. A collaborative, people-focused leadership style, strong business acumen, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity while building high-performing teams are essential.
