This executive oversees all financial planning, policies, processes, and relationships, including treasury, accounting, tax, audit, and risk, while delivering timely, actionable insights to support decision-making. As a close partner to the CEO and Board, the CFO plays a critical role in evolving the business to its next stage of growth.
The ideal candidate will bring 20+ years of senior finance leadership experience within complex retail or consumer-facing organizations, including serving as the top finance leader for a large division or company. This hands-on, strategic leader has a proven track record strengthening finance functions, partnering with P&L leaders, and driving profitable growth through disciplined analysis and execution. Highly collaborative and credible at the executive and board level, they combine strong business judgment with integrity, resilience, and the ability to lead in a dynamic environment.
