POSITION SUMMARY:

The Head of Global Engineering reports to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and leads the global engineering function, serving as enterprise owner for capital projects, operational excellence, reliability, maintenance, and process engineering. This executive oversees the full lifecycle of engineering and asset management, from concept design through long-term optimization, ensuring manufacturing and supply chain infrastructure operates safely and efficiently in alignment with growth and sustainability objectives. Key responsibilities include executing a global engineering roadmap, leading CapEx and OpEx strategy with disciplined financial governance, establishing reliability and maintenance frameworks, advancing process optimization and automation, and partnering strategically with operations, R&D, and senior management.
 

The ideal candidate has 20+ years of engineering and operations experience with expertise in capital project execution, asset management, and reliability across global manufacturing environments. This strategic business partner brings a proven track record leading large-scale CapEx and OpEx programs, implementing reliability-centered maintenance systems, and driving process optimization within complex, multi-site networks while delivering measurable outcomes in cost, safety, quality, and asset performance.
