Position Summary:

 
The Chief Financial Officer, reporting to the CEO, will serve as a key strategic partner on the executive leadership team, driving financial transformation and enterprise-wide performance improvement during a pivotal period of change. This role goes beyond traditional finance oversight, it requires a forward-thinking leader who can connect financial strategy with operational execution across a complex, regulated business. The CFO will lead all core finance functions, including FP&A, accounting and controls, treasury, actuarial and pricing, and audit, ensuring financial integrity and compliance while supporting long-term growth and sustainability. They will guide the organization’s pricing strategy, balancing margin and membership, and play a critical role in managing capital, investments, and cash flow. Acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board, the CFO will help shape corporate strategy, improve financial discipline, and mentor a high-performing Finance team to deliver measurable business impact.
