Position Summary:

 
The Head of Procurement will be a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing the global procurement vision, ensuring a resilient and efficient supply chain that aligns with overall business objectives. This role oversees sourcing, supplier management, and procurement excellence while fostering strong supplier partnerships and driving continuous improvement across processes, strategies, and investments to strengthen competitive advantage.
 

The ideal candidate will bring 15–20 years of global procurement leadership within a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment, with expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, risk management, and ESG. They will be a proven change agent with strong financial acumen, a track record of delivering measurable results, and the ability to align procurement initiatives with business goals. Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to foster accountability, continuous improvement, and a global mindset.
