He leads the day-to-day IT operations of the business and is responsible for overseeing and supporting the technical infrastructure including managing and mitigating risks and ensuring the smooth delivery or IT services.
Matthew is highly knowledgeable in a variety of different technologies and is well-versed in the latest trends and advancements in the industry. Utilizing his expertise, he consults with business leadership to identify technology needs, then develops strategies to achieve these technical goals. Matthew is skilled in building and maintaining relationships with outside vendors and technology service providers to ensure that the organization is making the most of its technology investments.
Matthew is well-versed in troubleshooting IT related issues when they arise. He quickly and efficiently identifies the root cause of an issue and develops and executes on a plan to resolve it.
