Position Summary:
The Workforce Optimization Practice Leader will be responsible for growing a team of national clients and employees specializing in engineered labor standards.
Developing and managing client relationships at the executive level and helping clients create sustainable workforce operating models that maximizes productivity are key responsibilities for this position.
This executive will be responsible for creating effective go-to-market strategies while driving the development and enhancement of the Firm’s engineered labor standards methodologies, best practices and approaches to client delivery.
