Position Summary:
The Vice President, Group Insurance Underwriting & Pricing is responsible for developing strategies and providing leadership, analysis, and consultative insight into the company’s approaches for actuarial pricing and underwriting in the group insurance marketplace.
This actuary will provide highly specialized expertise and thought leadership on long-term business imperatives and challenges, with primary focus on segment profitability and persistence. They will be accountable for leading a 150 person team while designing and improving the Underwriting and Pricing function, including developing framework and processes as well as sourcing and developing the talent and resources for the team.
