POSITION SUMMARY:

The Vice President of Sales will lead the Grocery and Alternative Channel sales organizations, serving as the operational backbone of the commercial team while driving execution against the company’s growth strategy. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this leader will translate strategic priorities into disciplined sales plans, oversee forecasting and performance management, and ensure strong cross-functional alignment with Finance, Operations, and Marketing. The role also partners closely with the CEO on key strategic customer relationships, ensuring consistent execution, accountability, and profitable revenue acceleration.
