The Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer will lead enterprise-wide human capital strategy for one of the nation’s leading Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, with a focus on advancing talent, culture, and organizational performance. This executive will be responsible for shaping a modern, remote-first workforce model, elevating employee engagement, and strengthening leadership pipelines through innovative development programs. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, this leader will play a critical role in aligning people strategy with business transformation and long-term growth.
