Privately Held High-Growth HVAC Manufacturer
POSITION SUMMARY:
The President will serve as the standalone leader of a $130M industrial business with full accountability for strategy, operations, and performance, reporting to a group-level executive leader. This role carries end-to-end responsibility for driving transformational growth, scaling the organization, and positioning the business to reach $1B in revenue over the next decade. The President will set and execute the growth agenda across product innovation, market expansion, commercial execution, and operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role within an entrepreneurial structure, requiring strong engagement with customers, teams, and enterprise partners.
Our placement brings more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience across industrial and HVAC-related businesses, with deep expertise spanning engineering, commercial leadership, and full P&L general management. He has successfully scaled complex, global operations, most recently holding full accountability for a $300M-plus business across the Americas, including multi-site manufacturing and large, geographically distributed teams. His track record reflects consistent delivery of profitable growth through disciplined operating models, customer-centric commercial transformation, and operational rigor, including product portfolio simplification, sales force evolution, and margin expansion. A proven builder of high-performing teams, he combines strategic clarity, financial acumen, and an entrepreneurial mindset to lead organizations through change, accelerate growth, and embed a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
