Position Summary:
The Head of Residential will be responsible for all aspects of residential development, including both existing projects as well as those in the pipeline, including the creation, design, marketing, and construction of the residential vertical.
Our placement has a track record of end to end development leadership experience across multiple asset classes with the proven ability to build and drive a national team and platform. He brings 15+ years of professional experience with both national platforms along with entrepreneurial, hands on, high growth teams.
