Position Summary:

 
The Head of Sales & Distribution will lead national sales strategy and execution, with a focus on driving growth, expanding broker channels, and strengthening client relationships. This leader will be responsible for shaping a high-performing, scalable sales culture, improving field execution, and building stronger alignment across functions such as Product, Marketing, and Underwriting. As part of the division’s senior leadership team, this individual will play a critical role in transforming the sales organization for long-term success.
 

The ideal candidate brings at least seven years of senior sales leadership experience in group health insurance or employee benefits, with expertise in level-funded products, broker distribution, and reference-based pricing. They have a proven track record of turning around underperforming teams, managing remote field organizations, and building a culture of accountability and proactive execution. Experience across both carrier and TPA environments is preferred, and this role offers a compelling opportunity for a strong second-in-command to step into a top sales leadership position.
