 The Head of Marketing & Communications will lead all enterprise marketing, communications, and creative functions to elevate brand visibility, accelerate digital modernization, and strengthen field engagement in alignment with the organization’s growth strategy. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this leader will shape and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, and traditional channels, driving awareness, supporting field expansion, and deepening member connection. With responsibility for a sizable marketing budget, this role will guide brand evolution, optimize campaign performance, and ensure cohesive storytelling that reflects the organization’s mission-driven, member-centric values.
  
The ideal candidate is a strategic, innovative marketing executive with at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience, ideally in life, annuity, or broader insurance sectors, who has led large-scale brand campaigns, digital transformation efforts, and high-performing creative teams. They bring strong analytical and creative instincts, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to partner effectively across business functions. Experience managing agencies, leveraging marketing technology and analytics, and driving measurable growth is essential.
