Position Summary:
This executive will be responsible for establishing the vision and strategic imperatives to increase new sales volume along with leading the business into the national accounts market.
He/She will oversee the development and broad direction for the distribution organization by establishing a compelling vision, setting the strategic direction, building implementation plans, supporting sales, and serving as a subject matter expert.
Of critical importance is obtaining “buy-in “regarding new value propositions. This executive is expected to reinvigorate the distribution and field force creating a results-oriented culture that drives for performance
