Position Summary:

 
The General Counsel will serve as a strategic, hands-on legal leader and key member of the Senior Leadership Team, overseeing all enterprise-wide legal, regulatory, and governance matters. This role will guide the organization through a period of significant transformation by strengthening legal operations, elevating compliance across core insurance functions, and enhancing internal capabilities while managing outside counsel efficiently. The General Counsel will advise the CEO and Board, support insurance, asset management, and reinsurance activities, and ensure the organization maintains a strong, forward-looking compliance and risk posture.
