Position Summary:
The Executive Vice President will lead the bank’s Commercial Real Estate Lending function with a focus on driving business growth, profitability, and relationship-based sales. This executive will oversee a team of lenders, guide the development of lending strategies, and collaborate with senior leadership to shape policies and practices related to construction, development, and commercial real estate loans. Core responsibilities include growing loan and deposit portfolios, generating service fees, and strengthening client relationships in alignment with the bank’s broader strategic objectives.

He has a proven record of building and leading commercial real estate teams, growing loan portfolios, and expanding market presence, including establishing a new market platform and managing a significant portfolio.
